Ways to track your habits

Tracking habits is the same as making and or using a planner. This helps you track down the things you did and your daily habits. It gives you the perspective of being realistic and organized, especially in the long run. You’d be able to estimate efficiently and give you more reason to be productive. It also serves as a reminder on the things needed to be done. It motivates you to continue working and grinding just so the streak won’t end. This will encourage you to do better on the things you are doing. 

Pen and paper is one of the traditional ways of tracking your habits. Creating a table that consists of the date, tasks to be done, meeting time, and hours are some of the variables that can be added to the table. This will help you to track and work efficiently without forgetting the tasks. Making a summary at the end of the day also helps you track down your habits. This would help you feel rewarding and leave you lessons as to how to handle the tasks for future purposes. Writing the to-do list the night before greatly helps. This would give you more time to work on during the day and be productive. Prioritize the more important tasks and according to their deadlines. This would help you avoid cramming and procrastination only for our tasks. 

Through tracking your habits, it greatly improves on how you work and how you deal with tasks. This would allow you to become more realistic and time efficient and avoid lapses when doing tasks. By tracking your habit, it would help you create and build a better routine for your daily activities which is a problem to most people nowadays. This would help you focus and do better in all aspects and lessen the chances of procrastinating.
